24 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO EITHER CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. IF NOT YOU FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT

LATE ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a 15$ fee or cancellation.

DEPOSIT

A $25 non- refundable deposit is required to book . (Yes its already included in the total .) If I'm the one who cancels, you will recieved ur deposit back

EXTRA

In order to qualify for a REFILL you must have atleast 50% of lashes left ! Otherwise it will count as a full set

There are no refunds. If there are any issues with your lashes that you would like fixed, I will do so within the first 48 hours for free. As a business owner I have the
right to refuse service to anyone.

  • Avoid caffeine 2 hours prior
  • Remove contact lenses

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Relax and enjoy the experience
  • Keep eyes closed throughout
  • Communicate any discomfort
  • Silence your phone

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Avoid water for 24 hours
  • No steam or heat for 48 hours
  • Brush lashes daily
  • Use oil-free products only
